Our company specializes in R&D,design and production of forged steel cold roll, technical service and manufacture of spare parts for rolling mill. By virtue of the new material technology and Japanese heat treatment technology, our company has developed high-performance roller made from various materials including Cr12MoVCo, D2, 5H12, M2, M42, M1, M7, etc. The products are widely applied to (eccentric) 8-roller, 12-roller, 18-roller mill, 20-roller Sendzimir mill as the work roll, intermediate roll, driving roller, idler roller (driven roller), scraping roller (oiling roller) and leveling roller (pulling-straightening roller). The service life is several times the like products. Meanwhile, it breaks the monopoly of the European, American and Japanese roller.
The roller for multi-roll mill is made from the most suitable material according to the actual using conditions and requirements through heat treatment of the imported salt bath equipment and precision machining. Meanwhile, every process is strictly tested. Every piece of roller has detailed test report on hardness measurement, dimension measurement, chemical composition, heat treatment process control, etc.
Our company also produces the work roll, intermediate roll and back-up roll for 4-roller, 6-roller and 8-roller mill and continuous rolling unit. The mature and stable materials include 9Cr2Mo, 86CrMoV7, 70CrNiMoV, 70Cr3Mo, 70Cr3NiMo, MC3, MC5, etc.
